bundle a 8”x54” silk charmeuse scarf. Our dye blanket with be

While the scarves steam, we will discuss which natural dyes, plants,
flowers and fibers are especially effective in botanical printmaking.
This discussion will include information on mordants, tannins and
assists. Using PFD pieces of fabric, participants will experiment with
different dyes. Finally, each participant will unbundle their finished
scarves to see and discuss results.
All materials provided, however participants are free to bring
