The Lite Lope 5k Walk/Run Join us on Saturday, April 12th, 2025 for the LITE LOPE 5K Walk/Run, sponsored by Kettering Health and in partnership with Molson Coors Beverage Company and the Great Miami Valley YMCA! All race proceeds will go to support the LIVESTRONG at the YMCA Cancer Survivor Exercise Program. Each participant receives a short sleeve race shirt. You must sign up by March 28th to guarantee a race shirt. *Any left over shirts will be sold race day, cash only, on a first come first serve basis. LIVESTRONG at the YMCA, a Cancer Survivor Exercise Program The Great Miami Valley YMCA is committed to supporting the health and well-being of our community. Through LIVESTRONG at the YMCA, a FREE 12-week research-based program, the YMCA supports cancer survivors and their families in regaining their physical, emotional and spiritual strength. This health and wellness exercise program is conducted in a small group setting that includes the ability to share and connect with other participants. LIVESTRONG at the YMCA is an important piece of the Ys mission to promote healthy living for those who have or have had a chronic disease like cancer. We aim to help those who have been affected by the disease and are looking to reclaim their strength, flexibility and more.
