In this five-part SERIES, participants will gain an understanding of
their role as a supervisor as well as employment law as it relates to
common SUPERVISORY ISSUES. They will also learn how to apply basic
managerial and interpersonal skills including dealing with the
everyday challenges of being a supervisor, communicating effectively
with others, resolving workplace conflict, managing performance, and
coaching. Participants will not only learn fresh insights and ideas
and practice their skills within an energizing, interactive, and
supportive environment, but will also have access to a variety of job
aids and resources to help them implement their new competencies in
the workplace.
This training series is from 9 AM to 12 PM.
EMPLOYMENT LAW
