In fact, at times we may feel we have a love/hate relationship with our relationships. If these two sentences are intriguing to you, please join us to dive into relationship topics including Alone vs. Lonely, Soulmate Fact or Fiction, Getting Along & Growing Together, and Love Over a Lifetime. We’ll use poetry, music, TED talks, essays, and movie clips to stimulate consideration, reflection, sharing, learning, and integration of our own relationships as we support each other on our love journeys. Each class session will also include a 10-15 minute guided meditation relevant to the week’s discussion. Regardless of your relationship history or current status, you are invited to participate.  Niki Pappas (MA, MBA, HHC) is a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, Yoga Teacher, and Thai Yoga Bodywork Practitioner.  Her transition from a 20-year career in marketing research began in 2011 with her coaching certification from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and, more recently, completion of 500hr Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) training and Thai Yoga Bodywork training from Will Brashear at the Cincinnati Yoga School. Niki has worked with hundreds of private clients as well as members of employee and social groups to support them toward better health and greater happiness.
