Middleburg Heights Recreation Center: Yoga All Levels (Monday)

All LEVELS VINYASA FLOW YOGA CLASS WITH ATTENTION TO BREATH AND MOVEMENT. Appropriate for beginner thru advanced students.Classes are Monday evenings at 6:15pm - 7:15pm in the KidZone room. Sign up in advance is not required but preferred for class to start on time • Drop-in $12 • 5 Class Pass $45 • 10 Class Pass $80 ***Bring a yoga mat, towel and water.
