Come hungry! At this event we will be tasting recipes from a cookbook
designed to help ELIMINATE TOXINS FROM THE BODY AND GET US BACK ON THE
RIGHT TRACK. What is shredding you ask? Basically we are proposing 10
days of eating whole foods, drinking more water and adding in at least
30 minutes of exercise every day. OF Course, the way to eliminate
toxins would be to eliminate processed foods, gluten, dairy, alcohol
and caffiene during this shred. That way you have a clean slate to
start from on your health journey.
