Join US for our weekly TUESDAY NIGHT TRACK WORKOUT. We will begin with
a 1 mile (4 lap) warmup. During the summer we will have a short
session of running drills to help with form (we skip this in the
winter months). Following drills we will begin our main workout
ranging from 400 s, 800 s, 1200 s and even 1600 s. We will have
shorter options of workouts based on abilities. Following the main set
we will do a group cool down of 2 to 4 laps.The nice part is no matter
how fast or slow you are we will all be together on the track!
Meet us at 5:45 at the track. Look for us hanging around the
bleachers. We ll stretch, warm up and start the workout around 6:00.
