Did you know there was a NATIONAL DANCE DAY?There really is! National Dance Day achieved national recognitionin 2010 when Congresswoman Eleanor HOlmes Norton introduced it as a way to promote  dance education and physical fitness. National Dance Day is observed each year on the last saturday in July and is a day to raise awareness and encourage people to embrace dance as a fun and positive way to maintain good health and combat obesity. Here at Team Jeff we couldn't agree more! Come join us for FREE line dancing instruction and dancing. We will also have our new Walk 15 Class, and you can try it for FREE! Have fun, learn popular line dances and get in some cardio! The Studio is located on the second level of tri-county mall, across from the food court, Time Warner Cable/Spectrum and Sears.
