Rock Climbing Sensory Hour (5pm-6pm) - Cincinnati, OH 2025

Adaptive climbing is back! All ages and abilities are welcomed to join us. We have 3 separate one-hour timeslots; the first hour is a sensory hour for 10 individuals with significant sensory concerns. We have limited space available so sign up quickly! If you're unable to make it, RockQuest will allow you to climb at any other time for only $10 if you mention be.well at the front desk! We do recommend a parent or caregiver become belay certified (the person who controls the rope) prior to heading out their way. If you are not belay certified and would like to be, RockQuest is offering FREE CLASSES to anyone participating in be.well events. Email otpt.be.well@cchmc.org with any questions.
