When treating the bereaved many ethical questions can arise. This
workshop will address a multitude of concerns including assessment and
treatment, multicultural considerations, self-awareness and death
anxiety, and social justice issues.
OBJECTIVES:
* Learn appropriate assessment tools and treatment methods to
approach grieving clients
* Discuss multicultural considerations within the context of
bereavement
* Address self-awareness and death anxiety while working with the
bereaved
* Explore social justice issues for mourners

Department of Health, LPC/LMFT Licensing Board and the State of
Oklahoma Board of Licensed Social Workers (provider #20180014). All
