lululemon Suburban Square Summer Sweat Series lululemon Suburban
Square is partnering with Life Time Ardmore this summer and offering
two outdoor boot camp style workouts. Our first workout on the 18th
will be held in the courtyard right next to lululemon and the second
in August will be on the turf next to Life Time! The workouts are open
to all fitness levels, that means you can make it as hard or easy as
you like! Each session will be accompanied by a short exercise
focusing on mindfulness to ensure you start and end your workout in
the best way possible. Join us for happy hour drinks after each
