Outdoor Yoga Flow

Join us outside on the Free Spirit Yoga Grass for our wonderful, all-levels Outdoor Yoga Flow Classes offering sun salutations and creative yoga sequences to spark heat, amp up your endurance, and build strength and flexibility. Glide through smooth pose-to-pose transitions, synchronized with your breath, and leave class feeling utterly rejuvenated. Prenatal yogis, you're welcome to join, and teens 13 and older can groove with their parents too! Let's flow, breathe, and have some yoga fun under the sun!
