Description Ki-Aikido for teens strengthens mind and body together for
self-defense and for daily life. Lessons are delivered in a fun and
physically challenging environment.
Students learn how to stay calm under pressure, improve athletic
ability and protect themselves. Classes include flexibility, balance,
Ki-Aikido arts, rolling and safe falling, traditional weapons
training, meditation and more. Skills learned are applicable to all
aspects of life, including school, sports and relationships.
