stress. This program is designed to give you the tools and
encouragement, regardless of skill level or athletic ability. Shao-Lin
Kempo allow you to set your own pace while gaining fitness,
flexibility and defense skill and reducing your stress. Uniform, which
can be purchased for $60 from the instructor,will be needed after the
first week. Option of advancing through the ranks, test fee of $50.
