CONFERENCE HELD IN THE PORTLAND, Oregon, metropolitan area. The
CONFERENCE BEGINS AT 6PM ON FRIDAY, Nov. 3, and concludes with our
“Take the Light” Ceremony starting at 6pm on Saturday, Nov. 4.
PLEASE MAKE SURE TO PRINT & BRING YOUR INDIVIDUAL OR GROUP TICKET
WITH YOU to the event--and arrive early to get the best seats.

What YOU can expect:
MAIN STAGE EVENTS: Our opening event will take place on Friday
night, with three additional events throughout the day on Saturday.
You don’t want to miss a single minute since you will get to hear
4 dynamic speakers, experience amazing worship, and be motivated by
student testimonies. Our closing event will begin at 6pm on Saturday
night, ending with a “Take the Light” ceremony.
BREAKOUT SESSIONS: AFTER EACH MAIN STAGE SESSION STUDENTS WILL SPEND
20 MINUTES discussing relevant issues confronting the world today with
a missionary attending the event.
EXHIBITOR HALL HOURS: The Exhibit Hall will be open during all hours
of the conference (Friday, 6pm-10pm and Saturday, 9am-9pm). Present
will be 15 mission organizations, radio station reps, and
missionaries who would like to talk with you! Youth pastors and
students will enjoy learning more about missions from the missionaries
themselves!
WORKSHOPS: Attend workshops on the following mission-related topics:

_APOLOGETICS_ – Defensible certainties for the Christian Faith
_GLOBAL MISSIONS_ – Beyond the borders of our country?
_YOUTH MINISTRY_ – “How to Guide” for youth missions
_STUDENTS ON MISSION_ – Who, what, where, when, how _youth can_ go
on a MISSION TRIP _TODAY!_
_PLENARY SPEAKER TRACK_ – More from our main stage speakers
GREEN ROOM: OPEN EXCLUSIVELY to pastors, leaders, exhibitors, and
speakers, the Green Room is a place to relax, enjoy some coffee, food,
and a quiet conversation.
YOUTH GROUP LODGING AVAILABLE: If you are bringing your youth group
from out of town, and they are willing to sleep on the floor of a
neighboring church, email us; and we’ll connect you with a local
church that is ready to host your group! This option is available
only to groups (I.E., NOT AVAILABLE TO INDIVIDUALS).
FOOD OPTIONS: A variety of food options in the vicinity of the
CONFERENCE VENUE WILL BE AVAILABLE, including food carts! Look for a
map of neighboring restaurants and food carts COMING SOON TO OUR
WEBSITE.
PRAYER: If you’re in the area, please join us for a pre-event
prayer meeting which will be hosted at the venue on Thursday, November
2, between 7:30pm-8:30pm. Additionally, we will keep a prayer room
open and staffed throughout the duration of the conference itself.
This prayer room will be open to all conference attendees, so we
hope that everyone will stop by and get fueled up!
