Parent & Child Aquatics serves as an introduction to the water and
basic water safety habits for youths aged 6 months to 3 years old. Led
by an instructor, adult guardians will utilize songs and games to
encourage safe practices and skills around the water, including:
* Water entry and exit
* Basic breath control
* Supported floats
* Rudimentary strokes and kicks
The primary goal of the class is to increase comfort and reinforce
safe practices in and around the water.
