The classes are designed as an introduction to swimming for youths, ages 3 to 5 years old. Throughout the class, participants will learn the following skills: * Water entry and exit * Basic breath control * Supported floats * Rudimentary strokes and kicks * Introduction to alternating & simultaneous: * Arm action on front * Arm action on back * Leg action on front * Leg action on back * Basic water safety skills All swim classes incorporate Water Safety Habits and Skills.
