In this class, students will learn about the unique sport, jump rope!
Skills include single rope, long rope, and double-dutch. Students will
learn many different tricks as well as proper stretching and cool down
techniques. With lots of games, music, and fun, students will develop
skills that they can take with them into other sports and activities
as well. Jump rope is a great sport for students looking to be active,
have fun, and learn to work as a team. Over the course of 4 weeks,
students will work together to put a routine together which will be
performed on the last day of class.
