Description Strength & Conditioning class gives the participants:
* Instruction from a certified personal fitness trainer.
* The knowledge of lifting with good form and putting safety as
their highest priority.
* How to perform the different types of lifts.
* How to structure a routine in the gym.
* Basic knowledge of muscles groups
* And learn the terms that are applied to safe &effective resistance
training.
CLASS STRUCTURE CONSISTS OF IN-CLASSROOM CURRICULUM ON DAY ONE WITH
GUIDED GYM PRACTICE ON THE SECOND DAY. BONUS Enrolled students have
have a better understanding of the gym and how to use equipment. This
class covers the facility requirement of a Weight Room orientation and
beyond the orientation curriculum.
If Weight Room Orientation already completed, enrollment in this class
is discounted.
100% attendance is required to meet Weight Room Orientation facility
requirement.
