Description

Junction City. Tour Camas Country Mill and Bakery, the first stone-ground grist mill to operate in the Willamette Valley in nearly 80 years. You will learn how the third-generation Hunton farm is using this ancient form of flour milling to supply the local area and beyond with naturally whole-grain products. You’ll also learn about the efforts to restore the Fern Ridge School, a one-room schoolhouse that’s over 100 years old. Bring a meal or purchase food.
