CANNING FRUITS & VEGGIES WITH NAN HAGE
Come take this Hands-On class to learn the basics of “hot water bath” canning. Nan will guide you through what equipment to use, what fruits or veggies to use, and tips for hot and cold packing. Make 2 styles of applesauce in class!
Bring a sharp paring knife and a peeler, a towel and a small box to hold 2 pint jars.
