Gallagher, CEO of Edify, a learning strategy consultancy, believes

concur; “boosting engagement involves focused efforts on complex
elements that drive day-to-day performance -- including role clarity,
opportunities to develop, and feedback and progress discussions.”
Rapidly shifting organizations and change fatigue can leave employees
feeling disenfranchised or frustrated. In this workshop-style talk, we
will focus on how delivering a great team learning experience can
connect, energize and drive better results. You will learn several key
development activities you can build into your leadership portfolio to
motivate and grow your team. These can be used as a manager or a team
member.
