This Welcome to Portland Reception is the Kick-Off party to Bridging the Generations, the 20th Global Intergenerational Conference.  At this Kick-Off event, you'll have the chance to network with thought leaders and experts from around the world, including Colombia, Canada, and Malta. Our very own Mayor Ted Wheeler will speak about PORTLAND's commitment to becoming an Age-Friendly City. Also, hear a beautiful performance from the INTERGENERATIONAL CHOIR, the St. Johns Women's Choir, a Cathedral Park Performing Arts Collective  [https://cathedralparkarts.org/]ensemble.  Enjoy an array of seasonal appetizers, craft local beer & wine, meet professionals across the disciplines, and learn innovative strategies to solving some of the world's most invasive issues.   OUR KEYNOTE SPEAKER Guests will hear from our keynote speaker, Chip Conley [https://chipconley.com/]. Rebel hospitality entrepreneur and New York Times bestselling author, Chip Conley disrupted his favorite industry... twice. Chip today acts as Airbnb's Strategic Advisor for Hospitality and Leadership. His five books have made him a leading authority at the intersection of psychology and business.
