A TASTE OF FALL IS A DINNER FROM THE CREATIVE MIND OF CHEF SAKILE
MITCHELL, owner of Brown Sugar Cookie Company &
Catering (www.BrownSugarCookieCompany.com). Using seasonal fall foods
from local farmers and PEOPLE'S FOOD CO-OP, this vegan dinner will
give guests a taste of the Oregon flavors of fall.
MENU
Starts off with a sweet potato and roasted red pepper soup OR a
kohlrabi, apple, and purple cabbage coleslaw with an (optional) apple
cinnamon vodka dressing made with Portland's Wild Roots Spirits Apple

The main course will be a Vegan Jambalaya
dessert will consist of individual sweet potato pies with a Chai
Hazelnut crust
