Description Jam on the interlocking parts in a variety of Afro-Cuban, Salsa, Brazilian, and African styles. Bring your own instrument, or get to know the world percussion instruments provided, such as congas, surdo, timbales, bells, trap set, and more. Enjoy playing with others in ensemble, led by a life-long professional ?world? percussionist! Everyone has a part to play in this group, regardless of their age or previous experience. This is a two-term course that begins in January and continues through early June. Students are automatically rolled over into spring term, with tuition due the first day of the new term. Listed fee is for one term, and is the same for Spring. New participants are welcome at the start of any term. Need-based scholarship assistance available.
