This class is for those students who like Percy Jackson stories!
Students will explore the adventures of the gods, goddesses, monsters
and magic that fill the world of Greek mythology. Led by retired Upper
School English teacher, Dr. Olive Ledlie, several fantastic myths will
be read and students will explore how to illustrate ideas and feelings
that humans have shared over thousands of years. Students will choose
to dramatize scenes from their favorite myths, engage in many hands-on
creative activities and also create and illustrate their own myth.
