Modern Calligraphy for Beginners

Are you a bride-to-be (or a bridesmaid) thinking about DIY wedding invitations? Or maybe you're always down to learn a new skill or develop a new creative hobby. Then this fun and relaxed workshop is for you! We will gather a small group of people who, like you, are interested in learning the art of MODERN CALLIGRAPHY. In this course for BEGINNERS, we will learn about the tools needed, warm-up exercises, lowercase and uppercase modern calligraphy letterforms, and connecting letters to form words. All participants will receive: * three hours of instruction * a kit including a dip pen holder, nib, pot of ink, and paper * an instructional packet with guide sheets and exemplar sheets to take home * access to future feedback on your progress * light refreshments and snacks  Treat yourself (and a friend) to a fun afternoon of learning to letter! $10 off each ticket when you purchase for yourself and friend.  Seating is limited to 10
