Les Mills STRENGTH DEVELOPMENT is a 45-minute full-body progressive
strength workout. This is a new 12-week progressive training
challenge! Week 2 focuses on setting a strong foundation of good
technique within a traditional compound strength training structure.
We begin with progressive loading, working to maximum weight in
Squats, followed by Supersets and Deadlifts. Then we move to upper
body and finish with conditioning. You pick your weight selection for
all exercises. This class is for all levels!
