blocks of our wildly popular sweet wine portfolio. Far too often,
these wines, and the grapes that make them, are written off as
inferior to their vitis vinfiera counterparts. We heartily
disagree. These wines are fun, distinctive, drinkable, and very,
very versatile. Our Sweet Wine Lab is a program designed to
embrace all that is good about (our) sweet wines. Equal parts wine
tasting, food pairing, and interactive mixology activity, this class
will have you viewing sweet wine in a totally different light. If you
already love sweet wine – great! Come join us and rejoice! If you
are a sweet wine naysayer… Come join us and suspend your
disbelief. We can’t guarantee that you’ll leave a devout Niagara
