New Phone System Training: Contact Center

MIS is in the process of upgrading the campus telephone system. The current system is over 20 years old. Core system infrastructure is being replaced with modern equipment that will allow us to maintain and enhance service reliability. With this, all hospital phones will be replaced with a new model. This training is to set you up for success from day one and show all the new features of the new phones.
