Want to get yourself in shape or improve your current fitness level? Want to be able to protect yourself or a loved one? We have combined real world self-defense, boxing systems, pressure point striking, and MMA techniques. We also incorporate resistance, weights, and Tabata intervals to help achieve goals at much faster rate. This also creates well rounded, confident students improving themselves, mentally, physically and spiritually. Class is taught by an instructor who holds a 4th degree black belt in MMA, and black belt in Tae Kwon Do. Our students learn proper form and structure. All fitness levels welcome and class can be modified for injuries or physical limitations. Fun, challenging and music to keep you moving.
