ETIQUETTE IN VARIOUS SOCIAL SITUATIONS. Test your current knowledge of
BUSINESS ETIQUETTE AND BRUSH UP ON THE CHANGES THAT HAVE EVOLVED AS
THE WORKFORCE BECOMES MORE DIVERSE. This workshop will prepare you for
those occasions when you are asked to conduct BUSINESS IN SOCIAL
SETTINGS OUTSIDE THE OFFICE ENVIRONMENT, participate in interviews
that affect hiring decisions, and effectively function in team

Executive Assistant to the President & CEO, UMR
Ann Dahlke, CAP, MEP, OM, PM, TA is the executive assistant to the
president and CEO at UMR, a UnitedHealthcare Company. Ann has been an
IAAP member since 2006 and has held numerous leadership positions
throughout her IAAP tenure. She is the 2016 recipient of the IAAP
Achievement Award and the 2018 recipient of the ATHENA Leadership
Award from the Wausau Region Chamber of Commerce. Ann is currently
serving as a director on the IAAP Board of Directors for the 2019-2021
term. She resides in Wausau, Wisconsin.
