Please join Faith Sartori, LMFT and Nick Lenz, Teaching Artist at
Stage Right! They will guide you through an evening of relaxation,
fun, and relationship building. Enjoy some light refreshments,
dance instruction, and dance the night away.
The evening will begin with Faith Sartori, LMFT providing you with a
few tips on how to make your relationship stronger by utilizing
concepts from the research based Gottman Method
[https://www.gottman.com/about/the-gottman-method/]. We will briefly
go over the “friendship” base items that make up the Sound
Relationship House and engage in some fun activities to connect with
your partner utilizing the concepts.
Faith Sartori, MA, LMFT, RYT200 is a Licensed Marriage & Family
Therapy Therapist. She provides couples, family, and individual
therapy in a private practice setting. She has completed Level 1 & 2
in the Gottman Method. Along with being a trained leader for the 7
Principles for Making Marriage Work and The Bringing Baby Home
program. Faith has been working in the mental health field for over
15 years and more specifically with couple’s since graduating from
Seton Hill University in 2008. Come learn ways to enhance your
relationship wherever you are in your journey!
The evening will conclude with a basic dance lesson from Nick Lenz to
further connect with your partner and get your “groove”
on. This evening will not only give you some tips on how to
enhance your relationship but also provide an opportunity for
connection through the art of dance. No prior dance experience
necessary.
Nick Lenz is a Resident Teaching Artist at Stage Right! School for the
Performing Arts and Professional Theatre Company where he teaches
classes in Jazz, Tap, Ballet, Pointe, Acting, and Preparation for
Auditions. After 15 years of dance training at Stage Right and
Pittsburgh Musical Theatre, Nick attended Shenandoah Conservatory
where he graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Musical Theatre.
Since graduating, Nick has brought arts education and advocacy to
Greensburg and its surrounding areas through instruction and
performance. Come and Dance the Night Away with your friend,
partner, loved one under the guidance and instruction of Nick.
