Sliding scale or donation-based WEDNESDAY EVENING COMMUNITY YOGA IN A
WELCOMING & unique environment. Join Bri for an hour (or so) long
Wednesday evening class to release tension, move the body and shift
your energy. Classes are all-levels, with modifications and
suggestions made to add ease, or difficulty depending on where your
body is feeling that given evening. This is an excellent way to break
up your week, or ease back into your practice.
Held in a welcoming and safe environment, Bri strives to make all
students feel welcomed and heard, and works to cater classes towards
requests and needs.
parking is available in the west mennonite parking lot on charlotte
street, or on surrounding streets. Be sure to read all permit parking
signs, west king, in front of SOCA is permit parking until 9pm during
the week.

ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR --
Bri is a 500hr registered yoga teacher, and reiki master, currently
training to begin reading the akashic records in 2020. She teaches
donation-based classes at station one on sunday mornings & wednesday
evenings. Classes and Reiki are offered on a sliding scale at station
one, or in a comfortable space for you.
