A low-impact fitness class that combines elements of ballet, pilates, and strength toning. We'll use a barre and other equipment such as loops, sliders, and toning balls to shape and sculpt lean muscles with isometric movement to build stability, posture, and flexibility.

Bring a yoga mat, socks or non-skid ballet/barre shoes
