Kind Hearts is sponsoring a day of fun for kids who have suffered the
loss of a dad / loved one or who are disconnected from their dads.
Providing a day of games and music and also featuring a Firehouse
Chili Recipe Contest. Prizes for the recipes are $200.00 and trophy
for 1st place, $100.00 and medal for 2nd place, and $50.00 and medal
for 3rd place. Any kid can team up with a firefighter and present
their best chili recipe! We are hoping this is a day where kids can
unite and find some common friends! This is a free event that will
also have vendors and carnival games! Anyone interested in
participating in the Firehouse Chili Recipe Contest can contact
