Join US for the PHILADELPHIA CARIBBEAN FESTIVAL, part of the PECO MULTICULTURAL SERIES, on August 17 at Cherry Street Pier and Race Street Pier from 12 to 8 p.m. The event is FREE and OPEN to the public. Rain or shine.Join us for the Philadelphia Caribbean Festival, featuring authentic island sounds of reggae, roots, international beat, soca, cool jazz, steel band music, and creative dances complemented by a marketplace of Caribbean fashions, jewelry, and exotic cuisines.
