and Manatawny Still Works for a monthly yoga class and exploration of
different botanicals at their Fishtown Location. This accessible class
is meant for folks who love flowers/herbs/botanicals and are curious
about yoga - all levels are welcome! Move through an
hour-long class with Meredith Rebar, a 200-hour certified yoga
teacher from Monarch Yoga. The all-levels class will be followed by
a special Manatawny Still Works Happy Hour with 25% off cocktails and
NA cocktails with a monthly featured cocktail with the featured
botanical. The class will feature: Hour all-levels yoga flow Basics
on the history and use of specific botanicals and herbs (new one each
month) Tea/tincture/dried herb/dried botanical to take home with you
Tips and tricks for sourcing and foraging your own About the
Instructor: With over 14 years in the events, beer, and spirits
industry and a busy small business owner, Meredith relies on yoga to
maintain a balanced and mindful life. After finishing the 200-Hour
Yoga Teacher Training with Monarch Yoga in Kensington, she is excited
to make yoga accessible and available for everyone, especially for
musicians, music lovers, and folks in the industry. Enjoy a punk, ska,
emo, indie, and classic rock music playlist during her classes!
Botanicals will be sourced from: Stef Stuber of Three Wild Spirits has
over 20 years as a Philly bartender and will share how they can be
used in cocktails, mocktails, and infusions, and Brooke Johnson master
herbalist and owner of Heart to Heart Herbology will outline the
medicinal properties and how they’re used in tinctures, skincare,
powders, magically and spiritually, etc. Sandy Ruan, Manager for
