Description Internet Registration has not begun yet. Check
registration dates for details. Trek through some of the region's most
beautiful open space to explore the worlds of bird watching, hiking,
scientific observation, and of course, adventure! Each session will
feature three field trips (including a canoeing adventure trip) plus
two days exploring UMLY's Cassatt Preserve, where over 130 species of
birds have been observed! Campers will also get up close views of the
birds of prey housed at UMLY's Raptor Center. Our experienced birding
staff will cover the basics of wild bird identification and behaviors,
and campers will learn how to use binoculars, spotting scopes, field
guides, cameras, apps and other tools for birding and wildlife
observation. Please note all trips are subject to change. Week 2 field
