This PATTERNMAKING CLASS WILL COVER THE PROCESS OF HOW TO TAKE PROPER MEASUREMENTS, then TURNING THESE MEASUREMENTS INTO BASIC SLOPERS This class is open to all skill levels and the second in s series of workshops designed to build a foundation in design If you were unable to attend our first event, this is your last chance to join this series. For past participants, please bring your measurements from our first workshop. New participants will be provided standard measurements. We will be taking our measurements and developing our first pattern piece in the form of a bodice. If there is time, we will begin sleeve development. Currently, we are using the female form, but plan to repeat this workshop with a focus on menswear. If available, please bring measuring tape, drawing supplies, and rulers. As supplies will be limited. We are located at 7800 Susquehanna st with a small side entrance just past the gate.
