Luncheon, grant announcement and BUSINESS EXPERT ROUNDTABLE EVENT TO
DISCUSS THE STATE OF DIVERSE SMALL BUSINESSES IN PHILADELPHIA.
Community First Fund and Wells Fargo are hosting the “State of
Diversity in Small Businesses in the Philadelphia Region” networking
luncheon and roundtable event at Taller Puertorriqueño
on Wednesday, February 26th.
After lunch and networking, a roundtable of experts and practitioners
will discuss the current business climate in Philadelphia and what
their organizations are doing to support the creation and growth of
diverse small businesses.
This strong group of economic and community development professionals
includes:
* Daniel Betancourt, President and CEO of Community First Fund
* Anthony Rosado, Area President, Senior VP at Wells Fargo Bank
* Jennifer Rodriguez, President & CEO of the Greater Philadelphia
Hispanic Chamber of Commerce
* Kersy Azocar, Senior VP of Microlending at FINANTA
* Heather Hanowitz, VP & Senior Loan Officer, PIDC Philadelphia
Prior to the roundtable discussion, Wells Fargo will briefly announce
major financing to support the lending and business training efforts
of Community First Fund and FINANTA.
