In the past decade, PHILADELPHIA has experienced unprecedented growth
and development and an influx of new residents. Where does public
space fit into that, and whom does it serve? How do we connect the
city’s parks with the surrounding communities?Join WHYY and
Bartram’s Garden for an experiential discussion and tour of the
garden, community farm and newly opened Bartram’s Mile. Attendees
are welcome to explore the grounds on their own after the presentation
and take advantage of the free community bikes at Bartram’s.

3:30 p.m. to 5:40 p.m. Tour of Bartram's Garden
5:40 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Boat Returns to 30th Street
_There are two different kinds of tickets for this program: ticket
purchasers can choose between the boat tour from 30th street which
departs at 2:30 p.m. for $65. They can also plan to meet at Bartram's
garden at 3:30 p.m. for $15._
