During our 27th Annual Inflammatory Bowel Disease EDUCATION DAY, a
panel of health specialists will explore the aspects of living with
Crohn’s disease

ulcerative colitis

unique group of experts — patients who suffer from IBD — will talk
openly about how they cope with their disease.

from Integrative Health

Fun therapeutic activities will be provided for CHILDREN OVER THE AGE
OF 5, and fun and exciting EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITIES FOR YOUNG ADULTS
FACILITATED BY A child life specialist

and IBD nurses.
REGISTRATION AND PARKING
This seminar is FREE and NO registration is required. RSVPs are
welcome, but not required.
Complimentary parking will be available at the Buerger Center garage.
