Thursdays – Butts & Guts, 45 minutes: 6:15 PM This class focuses
on strengthening and toning the entire core. You will find various leg
and glute exercises performed, as well as lower back and abdominal
exercises. Many lateral movements are practiced here, in effort to
assist sport performance. Warm up and cool down are included in the
allotted time. Best for: strengthening your hips, legs, glutes and
mid-section
