Saturday Night Special

Another Season of Music, Art + Community at Mattress Factory. Kick off another summer series of $14.99 evenings with a one night (and one night only!) Saturday Night Special on Saturday, May 2. This Saturday Night Special celebrates the opening of Claudia Martínez Garay + Arturo Kameya's exhibition at Mattress Factory's 516 Sampsonia gallery as part of the 59th Carnegie International.  The series features live performances from some of Pittsburgh’s most exciting musicians, set in the Winnifred Lutz Garden. It’s the perfect place to enjoy music, relax, and settle into a warm summer night. Local food and beverage vendors will have goodies available for purchase. Inside the museum, you’re free to wander through the galleries at your own pace, and hands-on activities will be available in the lobby. The Saturday Night Special takes place 5 – 8 PM with music starting at 6 PM.  Following the kickoff, the official Friday Night Special series returns for four summer evenings.
