New at Pitt this year, BLACKBOARD COLLABORATE, allows students and
FACULTY TO MEET VIRTUALLY ONLINE, yet engage and interact as if they
were in a traditional classroom. COLLABORATE OFFERS ADVANCED WEB
CONFERENCING FEATURES SUCH AS TWO-way audio, multi-point video,
interactive whiteboard, application and desktop sharing, breakout
rooms, and session recording, all accessible to you and your students
through CourseWeb.
Drop in to learn more about Pitt's new virtual classroom solution.
Blackboard employees will be onsite to answer questions, review use
cases, and to help faculty feel more comfortable using the
Collaboration tools. Please bring a laptop or mobile device for
hands-on learning activities.
