2026 PNC Presents Rush to Crush Cancer Bike Ride

Rush to Crush Cancer is an annual charity bike ride that raises funds for innovative cancer research in Pittsburgh, PA and beyond. 100% of fundraised dollars from the event go to UPMC Hillman Cancer Center to support this cause.

The event features a 1-mile walk and 8, 15, 30, and 60-mile bike rides through Pittsburgh and the surrounding neighborhoods with fully supported rest stops, medical, and mechanical support along the way. Make a team with your friends, family, and co-workers and explore Pittsburgh together while supporting an important cause!
