Our MEDITATION MEETUP NOW HAPPENS WEEKLY EXCEPT FOR THE SECOND SUNDAY
OF THE MONTH--when we have our lecture series MEETUP. Come sit with a
small, supportive group. If you usually meditate alone, you ll be
surprised by the different energy that comes with group sitting. If
you re new to MEDITATION OR HAVEN T SAT FOR A WHILE, just ask Gail for
a PRIVATE LESSON or a refresher when you walk in. Conversation and
questions happen at the beginning and end of the evening. We ll
meditate in 15-20 min. sitting periods with 5-10 min. walking periods
in between.
You can bring a friend with your one RSVP. Or even come without any
RSVP. We supply cushions, meditation benches, and chairs. All good.
