Eat, Play, Love Networking {Monthly Gathering}

Let's redefine what a "happy hour" means. Join us for an hour of networking, (we have you covered introverts) while enjoying a bite to eat and learning about a business and/or health related topic. Then for the next hour go spark creativity by enjoying an hour of fun and games.

When was the last time you gave yourself permission to simply be happy, to let your hair down, to be comfortable with who you are and not just what you do, to be in the present moment? Don't let life pass you by!

Why are we doing this?
