Drift Rules!!!
Ladies & gentlemen the rules are pretty simple so please respect them and let’s have a good time. 
1. No Alcohol, No Drugs. 
2. Respect, respect & respect. Anyone that violates these rules will be quickly escorted off the ground by security with no refund
3. All drivers must register their vehicles & pass tech prior to drifting. 
4. Speed limit in pit area is 5mph DO NOT SPEEED. 
5. If you break down on track you must remain inside your vehicle unless it’s on fire. 

Tech rules:

1. Drivers & Passengers must have wear SA2005+ or DOT full face helmets. No open face helmets allowed. 
2. Long pants, covered shoes & T-shirts. No shorts. No sandals. 
3. Seatbelts must be 100% functioning. 
4. Batteries must be tied down & have covered terminals. 5. Open top vehicles “convertibles” MUST have roll bars. 
6. Engine must be free of oil, fuel, fluids & water leaks. 
7. No wires exposed. 8. Gas tank – fuel cells MUST be secured. 
9. Seats musts be bolted down securely. 
10. MUST have a fire extinguisher. 

Tandem drift: 
1. MUST have experience. 
2. MUST have a roll cage. 
3. MUST have a minimum of 4-point SFI harness.

7AM Staff on site 
8AM Drift check in and tech 

Drift Academy Schedule
7:30 -8AM check in
8 – 8.30AM Classroom session 1 
8:30 to 9AM track session 1
9 – 9:30AM class room session 2
9:30 – 10AM final session 2

Drifting 
8 – 9:30 AM Tech inspection
9:30 – 9:50 AM Drivers meeting
10 – 11AM On Track Group C (every driver starts in group C) for drift assessment
11 – 11:30 PM Group A,B & C assignment 
12 – 2 PM Group qualifying run and elimination for final four Pro and final four Am.
2 – 3PM BREAK Paddock/staging area for drivers and teams meet and greet with spectators 
3PM finals AM driver, individual run
4PM Pro driver sudden death tandem runs
5PM Award ceremony 
Pro Podium: 1 2 3 cash prize, trophy and Champaign 
Amateur podium: 1 2 3 cash prize, trophy and Champaign

Set up from 9 am to 11
Judging starts promptly at 11am
